If your trips are not showing up on the app, most likely you entered a wrong license in a meter. Please contact support via chat or phone and we will assign the amount for trips which are not showing as a credit on your account.
Also, don't forget to login into the meter with the right license.
If you do login into the meter with the right license, but get the message that ‘you are not authorized to proceed’ it might be because your license got suspended. To check the status of your license, please go to www.nyctaxigroup.com, click ‘Check License’ and enter your license number.
